With more than five decades in the public adjusting profession, Mark Fratkin has spent his career helping property owners navigate the complex and often overwhelming aftermath of fires, disasters, and major insurance losses. Beginning in the industry as a teenager, Mark participated in thousands of claims and has been directly involved in shaping many of the operational and strategic practices used by modern public adjusting firms today.
Now operating independently, Mark’s experience is available to policyholders, businesses, and fellow professionals in a variety of flexible engagements. Whether serving as a traditional public adjuster, a strategic advisor, an appraisal professional, or a consultant to other adjusting firms, his focus remains the same: helping homeowners & business owners obtain fair, well-supported claim outcomes while navigating the process with clarity and confidence.
